The first EAO Lecture at EVER Meeting 2025 was delivered by Prof. Eberhard Zrenner on Using ciliary muscle potentials for controlling the refractive state of tunable lenses to restore accommodation in presbyopia. The session was opened by Prof. Andrzej Grzybowski, The Treasurer of the EAO, who emphasized the significance of the lecture within the scientific program of the congress.
